Beginnings
Our work now focuses solely on the children in our home in Kampala, however we started by working in several different areas.

In 2011, we installed a new, safe drinking water supply in the deprived village of Kammengo-Ffunvu in the South-West of Uganda. Prior to this well, villagers were at constant risk from disease through the use of water from a stagnant pool in a valley, which they shared with livestock and wildlife.

Our Community Building
During our time installing the well, we realised that Kammengo-Ffunvu was a village in need of help. Without any facilities, or prospect of employment a focus was needed to bring the community together - so we worked with the village to build them a centre which is now used for schooling, community healthcare and social functions.
